You’d like to tighten bolts exactly with state-of-the-art technology, even without a steady power supply? Use our new battery-powered torque multiplier, the alkitronic EB. Work flexibly wherever you are and choose from torques between 65 to 4,430 ft-lbs (90 to 6,000 Nm). During development, we designed the torque multiplier for superb performance: Two 18V 5,2 Ah Lithium-Ion battery packs ensure up to 360 screw joints in a row at maximum load. The innovative, brushless, synchronous motor reliably attains the exact shut-off torque even at low battery levels.

alkitronic manual torque multipliers replace impact spanners, pipe extensions and other inadequate bolting methods. They provide energy-independent, precise, reliable tightening and loosening bolting connections. Torques from 147 to 36,875 ft-lbs (200 up to 50.000 Nm). No additional power supply required to reach accurate torque. They are particularly effective for maintenance purposes, and for use in hazardous, explosion-risk areas.

alkitronic’s electric torque multipliers are specifically designed for use where high torques, fast operating speed, exact precision, or a high number of joints are required. They are especially effective for turbo-assembly applications, or the use in production environments. The IP54 protection shields the tools against moisture and dust. The different models cover torque output from 70 to 31,000 ft-lbs (100 to 42,500 Nm).

Robust, long-lasting aluminum housing and compact design
Pneumatic torque multipliers by alkitronic are vastly superior to conventional pneumatic powered wrenches. Our pneumatic torque multipliers do not “strike” (unlike conventional “impact wrenches”), but rotate continuously. Therefore they provide greater torque accuracy, higher performance, more reliable technology, less need for repairs, and lower running costs. Upon request, we also provide ATEX/CSA rated tools for use in hazardous areas.
